Dr. Rich is a talented compassionate practitioner, and she brings over 40 years of experience to Physicians’ Hearing Services. She received her Bachelor’s degree and Master’s Degree from CSU Fresno and went on to earn her doctorate from the Arizona School of Health Sciences. She has a special interest in tinnitus management and volunteers with an on line tinnitus support group. She enjoys sharing her knowledge with her patients. She treats each patient as an individual and is sympathetic to their needs, making them feel validated and emotionally comfortable during the diagnostic process.

Outside of audiology she enjoys theater, traveling, the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. She believes in giving back to her community and actively volunteers with many organizations.
